We're Ron and LeAnn Bylo, a veteran-owned, family-operated business providing excavation and grading services to Lake of the Ozarks, Jefferson City and surrounding areas.
OUR STORY
Like a lot of small businesses, we didn't start with a fleet of equipment. We started with a farm tractor, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to take on the jobs that came our way.
Bylo Acres began as a side hustle in 2021 while Ron was still working a full-time federal job and serving in the Missouri Air National Guard. After retiring from the Air Force following 20 years of service in 2023, he continued balancing both careers while growing the business one project at a time.
After three years of working nights, weekends, and every spare minute in between, Ron finally made the leap to run Bylo Acres full-time. We haven't looked back since.
We're still the same family-run business we were when we started—just with a few more pieces of equipment and a lot more experience.
